Intent to Sole Source Subscription Requirement

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract toGlobalView Software, Inc for a subscription that allows users to monitor and analyze real-time data for refinedpetroleum products and natural gas. This software package provides loading capabilities of published prices intoOracle Energy Downstream (OED). In addition, the software package conforms to DLA Energy's IT securitycompliance policies. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (01/01/2023 - 12/31/2023).This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source mustbe received in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enablethe Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government'sneeds as stated herein.
