Solicitation Comments:
The Parks and Recreation Division is seeking Concessionaire proposals to
operate and maintain the tennis infrastructure and program at Pelican
Bay Community Park Tennis Center (referred to as the “Tennis
Program”).  The County has outsourced the Tennis Program
since 2012.

Detailed Scope of work  

11. Default in Payment. In the event the Concessionaire fails to pay this consideration by the (20
th) of each month.  There may be a late charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for items not received by the (21
st) of the month. If the payment of consideration and accumulated daily penalties are not received within thirty (30) days after the normal monthly due date, then the County may take possession of the Concessionaire’s assets on
County property and may cancel this Agreement. The County has no duty to notify the Concessionaire of its failure to remit any such payment.

12.  Report.: The Concessionaire
will be asked to submit a monthly report of activities

by the fifteenth (15th) of each month

This report can be developed by the Concessionaire and approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation or his/her designee. The
annual  report, at a minimum, shall include
hours of operation, daily attendance figures, revenues, expenses, maintenance activity summary, and weather conditions, etc.

EVALUATION CRITERIA NO. 3: BUSINESS PLAN (20 Total Points Available) In this criteria, include but not limited to:
*Detailed plan of approach for leading and implementing the Tennis Program (including major tasks and sub-tasks).
*Detailed timeline for implementation of the Tennis Program.

*Detailed plan for facilities enhancements, including timeline and dollar investment.
*Detailed plan for daily, weekly, and annual maintenance of the facilities.

*An overview of the proposed leadership team.  Attach brief resumes of all proposed project team members who will be involved in the management of the total package of services, as well as the delivery of specific services.
*D
escription of the design concept of the Tennis Program they will be implementing, including marketing, merchandise in the pro-shop, hours of service, rates for tennis lessons, annual projected sales volume, etc.

rovide pro shop product list and pricing sheet.

nclude with the Business Plan or as an attachment

6.  Appearance of Premises /Housekeeping and Maintenance: The Concessionaire shall maintain sanitary, neat, and safe facilities and orderly operations at all times to ensure maximum value to guests. The Concessionaire acknowledges it is assuming responsibility for managing the Concession Operations Areas in its current "as is" condition and in good order. Collier County will provide periodic inspections
(a minimum of once a quarter) of the premises during the resultant contract term.

Per addenda #1 and #2 – Changes in scope of work and scoring criteria, the Original Solicitation Document  21-7931 Solicitation and  the first revised Solicitation – 21-7931 Solicitation - R1  are not applicable.   The current applicable solicitation document is  21-7931- Solicitation – R2.
