This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase double-mast I.V. Poles, Brand Name or Equal, as listed below on Attachment 1(Salient Characteristics & Item Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24823Q0213. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 (eff. 10/28/2022). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 339112; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed in Sam.gov and registered in Vetbiz.va.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide the following with their quote: An Authorized Distributor Letter. Completed Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance (Reference Attachment 2). Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
