Bid Title: Wicomico County Government Office Building Roof Replacement Category: Construction - Roofing Status: Open Description: The purpose of this I nvitation for Bid Document is for Wicomico County (“County”) to contract for the roof replacement of the Wicomico County Government Office Building located at 125 N. Division Street, Salisbury, Maryland. The scope of work shall include the removal of the existing roofing membrane down to the existing light-weight concrete substrate, install new SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing, install appropriate flashings around existing penetrations and equipment, and install an aluminum coping cap over the existing terra cotta parapet coping in conformity with the requirements contained herein (“Bid Document(s)”).
