Added: May 08, 2017 3:40 pm NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price service contract for the procurement of Environmental Test Chamber upgrades and provide support of required upgrades to ensure optimal operation to Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, LLC, 12011 Mosteller Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45241-1528, CAGE Code 99920. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer, Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, LLC. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This requirement

will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N2-17-R-0033 will be released on or about 19 May 2017 with a closing date on or about 14 June 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 19 May 2017. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
