RFP -Re-BID-Regional Housing Trust Fund RFP - Round #4- Affordable Rental Housing Development

This RFP is being re-solicited due to no proposals received for the first solicitation(released January 30, 2024). The County is encouraging all qualified Developers to submit for this re-solicitation effort Nevada County is inviting preliminary proposals from qualified firms for construction or rehabilitation of affordable housing projects to quickly expand options of affordable rental housing units in the Western Nevada County regions. Nevada County is inviting qualified housing developers to apply for up to $1,919,000 of Western Nevada County Regional Housing Trust Fund (WNCRHTF) funds for immediate delivery of affordable rental housing units in the Western Nevada County regions. Successful proposals may be finalized contingent upon Nevada County’s successful application for additional funds through the Local Housing Trust Fund program.
