Description

Scope of Services
The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District (“City”) are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services for certain parkways, medians, traffic circles, and open space landscaped areas, as defined in Exhibit A, for a period of five (5) years.
Multi-year contracts may be continued each fiscal year only after funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and/or the City Council acting in the capacity as President and Members of the Board of Directors of the Moreno Valley Community Services District (“City Council”).
