The project includes renovations to the Water Well #18 Building and installation of a fencing system; including demolition, cleaning, construction, testing, and placing into operation of the structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components in accordance with the Contract Documents. Water Well 18 is an operational water production well that must remain available for service

during renovation activities. If the well needs to be taken out of service for any construction activities, the Contractor shall coordinate with the City and provide at least three days advance notification.
