The purpose of the Project is to complete preliminary design and environmental review for the Reed Market corridor in preparation for the Reed Market Grade separation project at the BNSF Railroad crossing. The intent of the Project is to eliminate the at-grade crossing of the railroad through construction of a bridge which would put Reed Market Road over the railroad. The outcomes of this effort include

development of preliminary engineering to approximately 30% design, and achievement of a National Environmental Policy Act decision document, along with any other studies or documentation necessary for environmental compliance to support construction of the grade separation.
