The Works shall include but is not limited to: • Remediation, Type 2 mold remediation • Removal and disposal of the existing doors and frames, washroom fixtures, finishes, partitions and cabinets • Supply and install new washroom fixtures, finishes and accessories • Supply and install new ceramic flooring and wall tiles • Supply and install new millwork cabinets • Supply and install new wood doors, door operators, light fixtures and utility sink • Patch, repair and paint
