This will include a full modernization from geared elevators to gearless. Items to be accomplished include upgrades to controls, machines, car, wiring, hoistway, pit, cab and doors. Cab improvements will be new ADA compliant control panels, door and interior finish upgrades, and ADA compliant wall control upgrades on each level and will include Rath communications system.
