This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS DPN change notice 20161222.A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following:NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All questions must be received by 5 May 2017, 12:00 CST. Quotes must be received no later than May 11, 2017 1:00 pm Central.
