Description

Scope of Services
The City of Long Beach (City) is soliciting bids to furnish, deliver, and construction of one (1) 960 Sq. Ft. Modular Junior Lifeguard Building located at 5378 East Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90803. The contractor shall fabricate the modular building at their location and transport it to the City of Long Beach and unload/set the completed modular structure.
Please refer to the attached bid document for detailed specifications.

In addition to the electronic submission, bidders shall submit the following original document(s) with wet signature(s) in a sealed envelope to the address shown below:
1. Original bid cover page
2. A notarized California All-Purpose Acknowledgement Form (for all companies located outside the State of California)

Bids and required hard copy forms that do not arrive by the specified date and time WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bidders may submit their bid any time prior to the above stated deadline. City Hall is currently closed to the public. Hard copy forms must be mailed; in-person drop offs will not be accepted.

Note: E-Bids are sealed and cannot be viewed by the City until the closing date and time. If you need to withdraw your bid, you may do so any time before the bid deadline, by going back into the system and selecting “withdraw”.
