Special Requirements: Each proposal must include a Non-Price/Technical proposal, as described in more detail in the RFP. This envelope shall be clearly labelled “Non-Price Proposal for Rental and Mortgage Assistance Programs” Proposers must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the non-price proposal. An electronic version of the non-price proposal must also be submitted in electronic format on a CD, DVD, or USB compatible hard drive and contain a Microsoft Word compatible version, and a searchable PDF version.
