Repair, clean and lubricate existing liquid level indicator in accordance with NFPA 22 2018, Section 14.1.8Furnish and install flapper valve on existing overflow in accordance with AWWA D100-11, Section 7.3 and NFPA-22 2018 14.6. Hand tool clean tank foundation, repair spalling/cracking areas with non-shrinking grout and apply one coat of sealer to exposed areas.Exterior Coating: Power wash, hand tool clean rusted and abraded areas, apply (1) complete coat of epoxy primer followed by (1) coat of urethane.
