24-1513 Commissioning Services for the Belmont Fieldhouse and Library Project

This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified firm to provide enhanced commissioning services for a new fieldhouse and library in Belmont. The proposed facility will consist of enclosed full sized artificial turf field, the main lobby, support spaces, a multipurpose room, and a Calgary Public Library branch. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally bindingbidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 34 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/15.
