APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES – DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR THE GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Requirements may include, but are not limited to: a. Implementation of approved business processes for INFC’s Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS). b. Advice and guidance on functional design recommendations, coding standards and emerging technologies. c. Translation of approved functional and business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications. d. Migration of legacy data and functionality to GCIMS. The Contractor’s resources, with experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions and associated business processes, will be required to support various requirements as identified in the applicable Task Authorization (TA).
