INTENT: The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County (Branch) is
soliciting for Office Furnishings to include: measurements for furniture
layouts, custom designed furniture, measure/install plexiglass shields,
install courtroom furniture, provide moving boxes, moving equipment, and
supplies, new chairs and desks, and installation of new and/or
refurbished modular furniture workstations and judicial suites from
qualified offerors.


INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS (Please not that this Section does
not become part of any resultant contract):
Respondents are solely responsible for submitting responses, and any
modifications or

withdrawals to be submitted electronically via
BidSync.com.  Paper responses will 

not  be accepted.  Any response, modification, or withdrawal
received after the designated time is "late" and will be
rejected and not be evaluated/reviewed.


SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Request for Bids (RFB) Issued: May 14, 2021
Written (electronic) questions to RFB due: May 27, 2021

Deadline for questions is May 27, 2021.  Questions will be
responded to by May 28, 2021.  All questions and answers shall be
posted to (www.BidSync.com) under the Q&A's tab for the bid and must
be received by the close of business, 5:00 P.M., Arizona time.

RFB close date: June 3, 2021
Deadline for responses to RFB is 2:00 P.M., Arizona time, on June 3,
2021.  All responses must be submitted to BidSync prior to 2:00
P.M., Arizona time.

All responses to this RFB become the property of the Judicial Branch of
Arizona in Maricopa County and will be held confidential, to the extent
permissible by law.  The Branch will not be held accountable if
material from RFB responses is obtained without the written consent of
the Respondent by parties other than the Branch. Description:
