Support and Development (ICMSD) Services of the Instrumentation Loading, Integration, Analysis and Display (ILIAD) Tool-set with an anticipated ordering period from 01 Apr 2018 through 31 Mar 2024. Individual orders to be issued against the basic ID/IQ contract will vary in size and complexity, ranging from $2.5K to ~$5M. Specific procurement requirements are as specified in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement.Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, limit ten (10) pages, which shall be considered by the Government. Any capability statement submitted will need to demonstrate how the source can meet the work within the DRAFT PWS without substantial duplication of costs.
