DA01--Intent to Sole Source Performax3 Inc Domain Hosting and Content Development

Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04 (NCO 04), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Performax3, Inc., 2555 Enterprise Rd., Suite 8 Clearwater, FL 33763, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6. The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Philadelphia VA Medical Center requires services to include domain hosting, content development and maintenance, and coordination of mandatory training deployment throughout the Medical Center. Performax3 online platform houses annual Joint Commission and OSHA training requirements, and additional employee training requirements. Performax3 interfaces with TMS (the VA online learning system) to house and track employees training histories. The content catalog and content development services provided by PerforMax3 uses a proprietary content development template specifically designed for the VA s ADA section 508 requirements and configured for VA TMS compatibility. This enables lessons to be shared from one VA

site to another. The combination of TMS hosting and content development and support makes the PerforMax3 VA TMS hosting services unique and proprietary to PerforMax3, Inc. No third parties are certified or authorized to perform maintenance or supply proprietary software to Performax3 customers. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than 08/09/2021 at 4:00 PM EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
