Department of RevenuePost-Filing NoticeAdopted and Filed Regulations The Alaska Department of Revenue has adopted regulations pertaining to the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend under 15 AAC 23 regarding donations to the dividend raffle fund, raffle procedures, and the award of prizes as authorized by AS 43.23.230. The proposed changes were publicly noticed in October 2020. The regulations were adopted by the Commissioner of Revenue on November 25, 2020. The regulations have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Law. The regulations were filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 25, 2020 and become effective December 25, 2020. The regulations will be published in Register 236, January 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code. The adopted regulations: Added a new subsection, 15 AAC 23.360 describing requirements for donating to the dividend raffle fund and eligibility for prizes; Added a new subsection, 15 AAC 23.370 describing the procedures to conduct the dividend
