Scope of Services:  Participate in weekly liaison meetings, monthly CORE Team Network Meetings and Monthly Network Member meetings.  Relay monthly member meeting minutes and committee meeting minutes to full network within one business week on scheduled basis.  Develop and implement activities to build trust and understanding through shared activities with Native American Network partners and health and social services/change programs and networks.  Assist Network in reviewing the comprehensive community assessment and priority areas related to gaps and strengths and develop recommendations for the strategic plan.  Convene community
meetings and focus groups to gather input on issues, concerns and approaches to addressing identified priority areas  Convene and facilitate the workgroups in developing community-specific plans based on the assessments and public input.  Help coordinate implementation of network activities such as Substance Misuse Summit the assessments and public input.  Solicit Community feedback and input on the Network Strategic Plan and assist with identifying success stories and lessons learned to be incorporated into the Network’s public messaging strategy.  Assist in coordinating training opportunities for members and partners. Native American providers, first responders, and community health workers. Report back to all network members, the progress of each scheduled training including on-going evaluations of access barriers to encourage problem-solving for effective training outcomes.  Attend community-based and provider-based meetings to network with agency staff to promote and inform target participants of upcoming training, research and outreach opportunities.
