Software Support for Corps Water Management System (CWMS) Database Maintenance

Solicitation: W91238-HEC CWMS DatabaseU.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District Hydrologic Engineering Center609 2nd St, Davis, CA 95616Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for a non-personnel services contract to provide the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC) with maintenance and support for the Corps Water Management System (CWMS) data and server systems. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, intends to negotiate on a Single Source basis with contractor, Resource Management associates (RMA) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only 1 responsible offeror. This single source determination is to provide HEC

with support for software enhancements to CWMS (Corps Water Management System) code to meet requirements mandated by the Department of Defense in order to maintain an Authorization to Operate (ATO).Firms believing they can provide these supplies or services above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 5 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 518210 which is $27.5 Million.
