EX #5068 - NOTICE OF AND REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION - CISCO HARDWARE, SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR COUNTY VoIP PHONE SYSTEM

The County of Hawaii is posting a Request for Exemption from Chapter 103D, HRS for procuring Cisco hardware, software support and maintenance for its VoIP phone system and network switches for the period of November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023. Additional information is contained in the attached request. Vendors objecting to this Notice of Exemption shall respond to this notice by uploading their written comments through Public Purchase prior to the request's end date, addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Any objections will be provided to the Chief Procurement Officer prior to any action being taken regarding this request.
