The Court is seeking quotes for a new Live Chat Platform Software Subscription, 60 Agents/Seats.
The Court is looking to update our live webchat platform. The Court currently offers live webchat for
the public via the Court’s public website utilizing Cisco Customer Collaboration Platform (CCP) and Cisco Finesse 12.5. The Court has about 60 “agents” that use this system to live chat with the public. The new live webchat platform should integrate with the Court’s existing public website via JavaScript and also integrate with Cisco Finesse 12.5 Agent Desktop. The Court plans to migrate off Cisco Collaboration Platform and onto the new application.
