Lafayette Street Greenville, MI 48838 All responses must be clearly labeled – “2024 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Bid Package.” http://www.greenvillemi.org/ Request For Bids Evaluation of Proposals The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information regarding the products bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. Selection of Proposals Once the winning proposal is selected, the City will draft an agreement. Upon bidder approval and execution, it will be presented to Council for approval. Scope of Work The City of Greenville will accept bids for the purchase and delivery of one 2024 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor utility vehicle, with specifications. The bid return must also include that the standard warranty for Ford vehicles applies. No sales tax may be added to the bid, as the City of Greenville is sales tax exempt. Additional specifications for the vehicles are found on the next page of this document. Bidders providing equipment on the vehicles outside of the bid specifications need to also provide the justification as to why the bid specifications could not be met and what equipment is missing from the specifications. In the event equipment proposed meet or exceed the requested merchandise listed, justification is required as well. The City of Greenville will review all bids submitted. The Department of Public Safety understands some features may not be available or may be “different but similar” on pre- made 2024 Ford Explorers previously ordered or currently located at Ford dealerships.
