PRICE ADJUSTMENTS All prices must be held firm for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Price increases are limited to a single request during any consecutive twelve (12) month period, and may not exceed the lesser of the U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for A Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S., or three percent (3%). The County reserves the right to reject any requested price modifications that are unacceptable to the County. CONTRACT TERM Fixed term. The contract term shall be for a maximum of five (5) years. Unless earlier terminated, the termination date of all contracts issued under this ITB shall be five (5) years from the initial, first contract execution.
