Project Location: Spokane Arena Notice to Respondents: Documents, including the form of contract, are available to download via the District’s procurement portal located at https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login. Bidders must complete a free new vendor registration. Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested teams to submit SOQs via [Bonfire] by 03.07.2024 at 3PM. Minimum Qualifications and Responsibility: To be eligible to propose on the RFP, proposers must be able to provide evidence of the following: Be the highest ranked teams Proper licensure and registration as a contractor in the State of Washington. Not be precluded from bidding public works projects. Be able to provide a payment and performance bond and insurance as required by the bidding documents.
