Wylie Independent School District is currently accepting proposals from providers of Broadcast Video Production Services to conceive, write, field produce, direct and operate video cameras, sound equipment and non-linear editing systems associated with the production of video / audio content for internal and external use.  For questions on proposal submittal procedures contact Adrienne Conyer, Wylie ISD Purchasing, via email: purchasing@wylieisd.net
 
The goal of this RFP is to award Videography Service Contract(s).  
 
Wylie ISD reserves the right to request post-proposal modifications, including best and final offers, as well as post-proposal vendor
meetings. 
At the request of the district, the top qualified firms will be asked to provide a demo reel. Wylie ISD also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities and informalities, to be the sole judge of quality and equality, and to accept the proposal(s) that is determined to best meet the needs of the District. Awards will be based on what, in our opinion, provides the best value based on criteria & specifications.
 
The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple vendors based on the Award Evaluation Criteria, services provided, the needs of the District and the responses to the RFP attributes and line items.   An award of a contract resulting from this solicitation does not imply an exclusive engagement or that any purchase is guaranteed to the awardee.
 
This proposal is tentatively scheduled to be awarded by the Wylie ISD Board of Trustees on January 24, 2022. The term of this contract is one (1) year with three (3) possible, one (1) year automatic renewals. Renewals will be awarded provided that the Vendor and Wylie ISD remain in good standing and agree on any changes in pricing or procedures. at the end of the last renewal option, WISD reserves the right to extend this proposal for an additional (60) sixty days from the date of expiration, under the same pricing and terms and conditions, if it is determined by the District that additional time is required to avoid a lapse in service. 
 
Electronic submission is preferred through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave, (https://www.wylieisd.ionwave.net) or three (3) complete hard copies of the proposal with original signatures may be submitted to the proposal coordinator prior to bid close January 3, 2022. The District is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of any proposal. When filing this RFP electronically, please do not submit a paper copy as the electronic version will prevail.
