The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Transformational Capabilities Office (TCO), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, is conducting market research to identify potential sources to serve as prime contractor to establish an autonomy Digital Integration Facility (DIF) and Systems Integration Lab (SIL) capability with supporting expertise. This contract is envisioned as a potential means to support requirements of the TCO program. As part of TCO programs, the Air Force is developing different types of autonomy systems that can be hosted on a variety of aircraft to support future unmanned aerial missions. The desired activity is in support of the development, integration, and test of autonomy systems which will require collaboration and integration with multiple contractors and Government entities. Contract performance will be primarily in support of the TCO located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH but may include support to activities across the AFRL and Air Force Test Centers located at Edwards AFB CA, Eglin AFB FL and Tyndall AFB FL.
