Limited Source Justification-TFA Comprehensive Training Strategy/IRS University

The IRS Human Capital Office (HCO) seeks continued support to enhance and implement a centralized educational organization, or “IRS University” (IRSU), which will provide consistent, high quality training across the Service, support delivery of the IRS mission, as well as improve the taxpayer experience in accordance with the objectives of the Taxpayer First Act (TFA).
