Requested building drawings ___________________________________________________ This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition of Full Food Services for Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.2. This notice is issued by the 377th Mission

Support Group Contracting Division (377 MSG/PK). The closing date and time for submission of offers is 30 October 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).Offerors are requested to submit questions to the points of contact below no later than 3:00 p.m. MDT on 30 September 2020. All appropriate questions will be answered via http://www.beta.sam.gov.Description of Requirement: The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as Government property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full food services at Kirtland AFB. The contractor shall perform the requirements in this PWS and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract, and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by this PWS.  Contractor tasks include the following: Dining Facility Management, cooking, baking, food preparation, serving and replenishing food, cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils, preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar, performing cashier services, handling foods, supplies, and equipment, maintaining quality control, ensuring operator maintenance and minor/major repair of food service equipment, and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include continued service.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310 – Food Service Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS code is $41.5 million.377 MSG/PK anticipates a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one base year, plus four one-year options and a six-month extension. The selection will be made using best value tradeoff source selection procedures, in accordance DoD Source Selection Procedures, dated 31 March 2016.Offerors are responsible for monitoring this procurement for the release of any amendments and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
