It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and DPW will not accept unsolicited proposals. The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to ensure that interested parties are prepared for an RFP announcement and can respond quickly.BackgroundOn or about May 2024, DPW intends to issue an RFP for Design-Build services for the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Training Center project. The project will construct an indoor firearms range facility on county-owned land in Cecil County, Maryland. The facility will include 25-yard pistol and 50-yard rifle qualification lanes with movable targets, a classroom, administrative and mechanical space, utilities, access roads, parking, and other supporting site improvements.
