The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update classification to Unrestricted and extend offer due date.A site visit will be held on 19 July 2021 at 10:00 am local time at address: 2171 South 8th Ave., Fort McCoy, WI 54656.Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than July 20, 2021 at 2:00pm CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date.This requirement is for a specialized contractor who has experience performing maintenance on the decorative concrete at the Veterans Memorial Plaza located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin 54656. The period of performance is from 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 with 4 option periods and a six month option to extend services.Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.
