50902 Proposal to Issue a Successive Lease at the Iliamna Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 5, Block 50, consisting of approximately 15,702 square feet (ADA-50902, successive lease to ADA-08111), at Iliamna Airport for 31 years, to expire October 1, 2052.  Applicant:  Mercer Family Trust.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Maintenance and operation of buildings for use as air taxi passenger facility and cargo operations; aircraft parking and maintenance; offices & vehicle parking in support of these uses.  Authority to commercially sell aviation fuel.  Annual rent:  $1,617.31.
