The qualified contractors will be the annual electrical service contractors for the University providing electrical repair and maintenance as needed for the University Facility Department. The electrical contract shall be for all repair, service, and maintenance work associated with the commercial electrical trade. It shall include but not be limited to the supply, installation and/or repair of electrical and electronic devices, as well as trouble shooting electrical problems, installing new breaker panels, wiring, installing conduit and associated electrical fixtures. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract.
