Arts, Crafts and Classroom Supplies, RFQ 588787

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to select a pool of qualified contractors to provide arts, crafts and classroom supplies to the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services on an as needed basis. The number of providers selected will depend on the number and quality of proposals received.The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal periods to a pool of qualified contractors. Arts, crafts and classroom supplies will be ordered as needed in various quantities. A list of routinely ordered items is included on Attachment A: Price List (Attachment A).
