NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) to Diagnostica Stago, Inc., 5 Century Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054 in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.405-6. The BPA will be effective April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. This requirement is for reagents, consumables, supplies needed to produce a CPRR/CPT (cost-per-test/ cost-per reportable result) for the continued usage of contractor-owned equipment currently on-site at VISN 16 Medical Centers and CBOCs) Community Based Outpatient Clinic). VA personnel utilize the equipment and reagents to perform patient Coagulation testing. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
