A. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH-Napa with removal of existing fan coil units furnish and install all required materials and equipment for a completely new HVAC system into Ogden Cottage, Building 144, on the campus of Department of State Hospitals ¿ Napa. B. DSH-Napa is currently working with an Architect and Engineer (A&E) firm who has provided the Contractor with 100% working drawings stamped and approved by the Department of State Architect (DSA) and the Office of State Fire Marshall (OSFM), JCCA# 10790-9, attached as a separate and included document.
