be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 commencing at 10:00 a.m, where Scheduling Requirements will be presented.ON SITE: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 commencing at 9:30 am at the Administration Building, Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plan, 901 McKay Road, Pickering, ON L1W 3A3. Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn on site at all times. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Bidders are prohibited from the use of any technology, including without limitation artificial intelligence, to record the content of any Bidders Meeting without prior written authorization from the Purchasing Representative. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the bidder and the rejection of their bid. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond.
