Relativity e-Discovery software

The Government is seeking information in regard to a potential Brand-Name purchase of Relativity software. This constitutes a formal Request for Information.  The government is contemplating a small business set aside with a potential socioeconomic status set aside - dependent on the results of this request for information. Could you please provide the below:
1)Are you able to provide the following Relativity Software items?
                a. 25C/1P/2DG - 25 Concurrent Users - Initial Year Quantity 1
                b. TC_Onboarding - Training Onboarding -  Quanity 1
                c. MAINT_25C - 25 Concurrent Users - Annual Maintenance - Quantity 4
2) Are you a Small Business? If so, are you registered as a particular socio-economic group (i.e. WOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone)?
3) Are there any other considerations that the Government should be aware of?
4) While not required as a part of this RFI - please provide any previously available unofficial quotes to facilitate market research.
