The Klein Independent School District is accepting bid responses for the following products and services: GROUP TRAVEL
This bid is offered in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. Please note the specific requirements represented by bid attachments and bid attributes if applicable. Please contact Donna Dimarco at ddimarco2@kleinisd.net, if you have questions or require additional information concerning this submittal. The Klein Independent School District reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all bids as it deems to be in its best interest.
This will be an annual process for all vendors.
All vendors MUST respond to the RFP in order to be utilized by Klein ISD. If you do not respond to this RFP, you forego future transactions with Klein ISD.

The District will be accepting Proposal Responses on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until closing at 2:00 P.M. on April 30, 2022. First submission deadline is MAY 19, 2021. There are additional opportunities to submit you response to the bid, the second deadline is JUNE 9, 2021, the third deadline is JULY 7, 2021.
The Klein Independent School District offers Klein e-Bid to post and receive electronic bids. It is strongly recommended that bidders submit this bid electronically. Electronic bidding will help eliminate errors. Should you require assistance with this system, please contact the Purchasing Department. Your cooperation is appreciated.
KISD is utilizing our electronic bidding system to perform all new bids and bid renewals. With this new process, vendors will be required to download, complete, and attach all mandatory bid documents (located in the attachments tab of this bid) prior to submission. Please allow yourself the adequate time to complete this process.
