Sealed Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, April 4, 2024, at City Hall, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 and online at www.centralbidding.com; for performing all work necessary to complete Development Code services for the City of Covington, Louisiana. Any proposals received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened. Proposers shall be judged on multiple criteria, not primarily on price.
