This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified contractor with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of bidding, construction, construction administration, commissioning, and installation of the new stormwater infrastructure. The County may award the contract to the vendor demonstrating the most complete response and full compliance with the specifications and in accordance with procurement requirements set forth by the Federal Government. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00pm EST, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
