Graffiti Management Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for Graffiti Management Services as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The City is seeking a service provider for the inspection and environmentally friendly removal and cleanup of graffiti from public spaces and infrastructure, collaboration with staff to develop and implement an educational program to raise awareness regarding graffiti prevention and impacts combined with regular reporting to the municipality. This is a pilot program for 2024 with a review at Q4 to inform 2025 budget availability.
