The 22nd DAA is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, to perform banner printing services of promotional banners for the annual San Diego County Fair, in accordance with the specifications listed herein, for the State / 22nd District Agricultural Association / Del Mar Fairgrounds. Bidders must have the capabilities and qualifications to perform all of the services described in the IFB section entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿.
