This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial goods and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B24Q0062 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06.The USDA, ARS, in Athens, GA has a NEW requirement for HEPA Filter Bank Certifications for the following filters:112 Exhaust HEPA Filters (CAMFIL FARR MODEL FB)24 Supply HEPA Filters (CAMFIL FARR MODEL FB)4 Transfer HEPA Banks (CAMFIL FARR)4 Passthroughs68 Animal Isolators22 Biological Safety CabinetsThe annual performance verification program (APV) will be broken down into four

separate blocks. The contractor will be responsible for the certification of HEPA filters throughout the year, following the calendar listed IN THE ATTACHED sow.This is a base + up to 4 option years contract with tentative dates of:Base Year: 2/1/24 to 1/31/25Option Year 1: 2/1/25 to 1/31/26Option Year 2: 2/1/26 to 1/31/27Option Year 3: 2/1/27 to 1/31/28Option Year 4: 2/1/28 to 1/31/29Any quotes not meeting the minimum specifications will not be considered.
