The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform repairs on SSTG No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a Virginia Class Submarine.In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice, N32253-24-R-0009, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov, from 07 March 2024-15 March 2024, to satisfy this requirement. The Government received no responses from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 Ship Building and Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees.
