PURPOSE:The Department of Natural Resources, Trust Land Office is soliciting proposals for as needed land survey services related to management of Trust lands.The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for professional services related to the Trust Land Office (TLO) Parcel Development Program, Real Estate Development & Acquisition Program, special projects, and general management of Trust land. Implementation of these programs require expertise in multiple areas of land management and real estate acquisition and management such as mapping, conceptual subdivision design, survey platting, field survey and boundary delineation monumentation, trails mapping, GPS mapping, AutoCAD and GIS, drafting of as-builts, records of survey, and easement location diagrams.Multiple awards may be made via this RFP with a maximum award of two contracts.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum requirements: Offerors must have five years of
experience in mapping, conceptual subdivision design, survey platting, field survey and boundary delineation monumentation, trails mapping, GPS mapping, AutoCAD and GIS, drafting of as-builts, records of survey, and easement location diagrams. Offerors must not have had a State of Alaska contract terminated within the last two years. Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirements above.
