The work includes a review and evaluation of all existing policy and procedures, interviewing stakeholders, and making recommendations that reflect the stakeholder input and industry standards. Once decisions are made, the work includes going back and creating or updating existing policy and procedures to reflect the agreed upon direction. These documents are intended to be living documents that will be updated from time-to-time to reflect changes.
